I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for a comfortable room. The attention to detail was evident, from the fresh supplies of towels to the air conditioning that kept the room cool. The location in a quiet area was ideal, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that everything was taken care of. The basic amenities met all of my needs, and the rooms themselves were spacious and clean without any elaborate decoration. The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh new food everyday and delicious home-baked pastries.

The room was beautifully decorated with a heavenly feel. the comfy bed and bedding were clean and well-kept. the location was convenient, with attractions like San Marco and the Duomo within a short walk. the breakfast was basic but enjoyable, with tasty options like ham, bread rolls, and pate.
Communication with the staff was difficult due to their limited English proficiency. the rooms lacked amenities like alarm clocks and phones, making it challenging to communicate needs or request wake-up calls.

Good location near city center and bus stop. Spacious room with extra bed. Map provided upon arrival. Safe to walk around day and night. Nice towels and good shower. Comfortable enough to sleep and have breakfast. Recommended to keep window closed at night for mosquitoes. International breakfast with enough choice. Helpful staff. This bed and breakfast is conveniently located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. It offers nice and sunny rooms at affordable prices, especially in low season. The breakfast buffet is abundant, but could benefit from the addition of cappuccino. It is also situated outside the car exclusion zone, making it a good choice for those driving into the city.
The check-in time is limited until 6 p.m., which may be inconvenient for late arrivals.
